Many aspects of Qigong are incorporated within BRANA but it can also be done on its own especially for those seeking a more gentle yet effective internal/external workout.  

 

Qigong (pronounced chee gong) is a subtle yet profound set of energy exercises similar to the more familiar Tai Chi (Tai Chi is actually just a martial form of Qigong).  It derives from the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses simple movements and moderate stretches to circulate & store QI (energy) within and around the body.  A daily Qigong practice will help calm/focus the mind, enhance the immune system, increase/balance energy, and develop an intense internal power. The delicate nature of Qigong makes it a perfect fit for all ages and physical abilities.  Qigong can be soft and gentle enough for the elderly and yet powerful enough for major athletes and groups like the world famous Shaolin Monks!
